I’m Niklas, a Senior Product Designer and certified trainer (“Ausbilder”) at Tenics. I care about why products exist, not only how they work. I combine strategy with hands-on design and turn complex problems into clear product decisions. Good design asks the right questions and includes the people we design for.
Product design
I work across product strategy, discovery, UX concepts, and prototyping. I turn complex requirements into product decisions and interfaces that people can understand and use.
Workshops & coaching
I help teams gain clarity, set priorities, and take action. I plan and facilitate workshops, coach people through complex topics, and create space for shared learning.
Community projects
I help build spaces where people can connect and participate. My work includes norden.social, podcasts, and volunteer initiatives. I support the communities behind these projects and help them grow.
