I lead workshops and coaching sessions that help teams navigate uncertainty, build alignment and take meaningful action. With a foundation in design thinking and participatory facilitation, I guide groups through ideation, decision-making and consensus-building.
42 hours of prototyping, collaboration & guided learning

BremenHack was a hands-on, interdisciplinary hackathon I co-organized. The event brought together developers, designers, creatives and local activists to explore ideas, build quick prototypes and learn from each other over one intense weekend.
My role went far beyond logistics: I shaped the workshop structure, facilitated team formation and guided groups throughout the process – from ideation to prototyping to final presentations. I introduced open formats that encouraged beginners and experts to collaborate, and moderated key sessions to help teams stay focused, inclusive and impactful.

Why it matters to me:
BremenHack wasn’t about flashy results. It was about creating a space for shared learning, experimentation and civic imagination. Coaching and facilitation were key to that — because good ideas don’t grow in silence. They grow in dialogue.

Implementing Usability Tests and Design Thinking in an E-Commerce Agency
As one of two UX designers at hmmh, I enhanced prototype and interface testing, focusing on websites, landing pages, and web applications with direct customer interaction. Our team previously relied on quantitative analysis of customer reactions, but I introduced usability tests to gain deeper insights.

Prototypes
We designed interfaces directly in the browser without tools like Sketch or Figma. I established a fast method for creating low-fidelity paper prototypes, which allowed quick drafting without computers and minimal effort for developing clickable prototypes.

Usability-Tests
I introduced and managed public usability tests, test environment setup, recruitment, and legal coordination. This provided valuable user feedback, revealing insights like the older-than-expected target audience and the need for accessibility, which improved the quality and relevance of our work.

Design Thinking
I led design sprint workshops to help clients and internal projects develop innovative solutions, identify problems, create prototypes, and gather user feedback quickly. Notable projects included a new sales app, a trip recommendation feature for a tourism web app, and a running shoe advisor for a sports retailer.
